Staines Brass can provide a wide range of ensembles suitable for any type of event, from a traditional 28 piece full brass band to a 2 piece fanfare. Brass Band The full band consists of 25 brass musicians plus percussion. This size ensemble would be used for;
Small Ensemble The small groups consist of anything from 5 to 10 musicians. These groups can play light or background music for engagements such as;
Fanfare Teams Fanfare teams can vary in size from 2 musicians to 8 musicians and are often used at;
Solo Trumpet/Cornet A solo player can add a very special touch to any wedding. Playing ‘In-going & Out-going’ Voluntary with organ or piano accompaniment, maybe adding a descant to hymn tunes or Christmas carols.
The band has an extensive music library and can cater to most tastes. We can offer a tailor made group depending on your requirements. Perhaps you have a small venue which would not accommodate a full band. Or you may have a lower budget or the occasion may simply require less than the traditional full brass band.
